This corrugated manufacturing plant, formerly Domtar Packaging, has operated from the Moncton Industrial Park for over 50 years. As Domtar it was the first facility in that park and can be credited with getting that park underway.

Molson opened their first new brewery in 50 years in Moncton. Its new brewery is in full view from the Trans Canada Highway alongside Caledonia Industrial Estates.

Shoppers Drug Mart opened their regional distribution centre in Caledonia Industrial Estates in 1995. Operated by Matrix Logistics, this facility was so successful that it was subsequently expanded making it one of the largest distribution facilities in Moncton.

IGT

IGT (formerly GTECH Canada and Spielo) is a developer and manufacture of gaming machines and lottery terminals. Their products are shipped internationally whether throughout North America or over to Europe and more. They are now the largest employer in Caledonia Industrial Estates.

UPS

The company in brown, first opened a call centre in Moncton then followed up with adding some back-office operations. Most recently it has sent those brown trucks into the community operating from their centre at the airport. They are really doing it up brown.
