Irving Personal Care opened their new 150,000 sq.ft diaper manufacturing plant in Caledonia in the summer of 2004. Situated on the main entrance street, this plant is front and centre for all those visiting the park.
Loblaw Atlantic operate major distribution facilities from the Moncton Industrial Park and Caledonia Industrial Estate. One of the Caledonia operations looks after their many perishable food items awaiting shipment to the Atlantic Superstores around the region. Initially the facility was 100,000 sq.ft but later on it expanded to its current 185,000 sq.ft.
Shoppers Drug Mart (Matrix)-Moncton opened their new 150,000 sq ft distribution centre in Moncton-Caledonia Industrial Estates in late 1995. Operated by Matrix Logistics Services, this state of the art centre with its floor to ceiling racking and computer systems serves Shoppers Drug Mart stores throughout Atlantic Canada, responding to the individual stores satellite ordering links. Demonstrating the success of this centre, ten years later the building was expanded adding another 80,000 sq.ft.
McKesson Canada opened their new regional distribution centre in Caledonia in early 2012. Based on Frenette Ave., the new centre at some 175,000 sq. ft brings new efficiencies to their operations. Added to that, McKesson and the Province of New Brunswick have entered into a partnership whereby McKesson will be their single source distributor of pharmaceuticals to NB hospitals.
In October, 2007 Molson officially opened their first new brewery in 50 years. At 110,000 sq. ft this new brewery sits in full view of the Trans Canada Highway in Caledonia Industrial Estates.
Sysco Foodservice of Atlantic Canada-Moncton, formerly known as the Clover Group, has been operating out of Caledonia Industrial Estates for several years.
